In the print dialog set paper to 4 x 6 in, margins to None, and turn on Background graphics. The PNG is 1200 x 1800 at 300 dpi, which is what a drugstore or online photo lab wants for a 4 x 6 print. The PDF is a single 4 x 6 in page you can email to a print shop.
